What is it?
The EAP is an opportunity for us to give back to the early innovators that take a chance on our product, it's also an opportunity for us to get valuable feedback from early customers such as yourselves.
Your opinion matters, and this is your opportunity to give your input to a business and have them really hear you. In this program we'll be requesting your valuable feedback in exchange for some goodies, interested? Keep reading.
What do I get?
A BRAND NEW CAR! No but really, in exchange for some feedback you'll receive a $10 gift card of your choice (choices will be listed in the feedback form) and access to the app for free for a whole year.
How do I qualify?
To qualify for the EAP program, you need to already be a customer with us. You need to purchase the NexID wristband and have downloaded the NexHUB app. Once you've downloaded and registered for the app you can sign up for the EAP.
So how will it all work?

- Signup by entering your email at the bottom of the page; enter the same email you would use to sign up for the app, it's important for later.
- After some time you'll receive an email confirmation that you've signed up.
- Once we collected all the signups we'll begin sending out a Google Form questionnaire. The questions will range from the appearance of the software app, to the quality of the wristband, to the ease of user registration on the app.
- If your responses in the questionnaire requires any additional questions then we'll be reaching out to those respondents through email.
- Once completed, we'll give program participants the option to provide a customer testimonial if they want (we'd appreciate it).
- Finally, the customer will be sent the gift card that they requested in their questionnaire.
