What is the NexHUB App?
NexHUB is our Android (and soon to be iOS as well) app where a user can edit their info on their NexID, as well as gain access to a host of features that we'll be developing and implementing over time.
Our end-goal for NexHUB is for it to become the universally accepted software tool for patients to manage every aspect of their healthcare.
Once a user has purchased a wristband they'll need to download the app to input their information and pair the app to the unique QR code ID. This process is mandatory and must be done at least once to use the product.
Digital Copy of your NexID
Once you've successfully paired your wristband you'll have a digital copy of your existing NexID wristband. Either one of these QR code IDs can be scanned to display your emergency medical information page. However, we recommend you wear the wristband as much as possible to receive as much coverage as possible.
Purely Digital ID
In the very near future, users will receive the choice to generate a digital QR code ID. We wanted to give users this option if they didn't want to purchase a NexID wristband. We don't recommend this option as it will likely not help you in a medical emergency, but we wanted to give people the option.
To select this option, you'll need to create an account like everyone else. After you link your payment option to the app you'll receive the choice between choosing a wristband or a digital ID.
Our App will be available on the Google Play Store free of charge very soon. Within 1-2 months we will be updating the app once we've developed the payment feature.
When that happens, access to the app is available for a monthly subscription of $2.50. If you decide to cancel your subscription then you will lose access to the app, but your information that you inputted previously will still appear correctly. Meaning, you don't need to be an active subscriber to benefit from our product in a medical emergency.
The app will be available on the Google play store first; shortly after it'll be available on the Apple App Store. If you have an iPhone then you'll have to wait, we recommend you don't buy a NexID wristband until then.
